[Al beams to the video feed. He's outside, and the color is back in his cheeks. It's been quite a while since he's smiled like this, but smiling he is, and he seems to have gotten his old energy back.]

Hey, everyone. Thanks for all the well-wishes when I was sick, I feel much better now. I'm up and looking for projects to work on! I feel like I've gotten behind, and spring cleaning isn't much fun when it's the only thing you do.

[Suddenly, Al's eyes give a strange bluish flash, and his sentence stumbles, his eyelids fluttering.]

[He jerks forwards, covering his mouth, and catches himself on the side of the table. His eyes are wide, and staring. Trembling, he blinks several times, and takes a deep breath.]

Ah... well... I just felt a little dizzy for a moment there!

[The smile is again bubbly and reassuring, though there's something in his eyes that has a "oh, fuck" tone to it.]

I guess I need to get more fluids.
