[Al's voice sounds scratchy and desperate, and coughs punctuate his words. From time he stutters, and he sounds like he's putting a lot of physical effort into something.]

[A pause, and a jostling noise. There's a faint toneless mumbling in the background that had been previously masked by Al's voice.]

[A sharp cough, and Al wheezes a moment before coming back, voice sharp and determined.]

Everything's going to be fine. I wasn't the one hurt, not badly anyway - I've been healed - and the other person is pulling through now.
