Made milk tart tonight. Had tried to make it before but it did not turn out well. The milk boiled over and the mixture did not set and after a long phone call with my Gran I was informed it wasn’t supposed to set, it was supposed to thicken as you were making it. Well, finally got round to making it again tonight and I got it right this time. Watching milk boil was tedious and it took me forever to make this but being as careful as I was paid off. It’s not amazing and it looks terrible but it tastes pretty OK and it’s solid. That makes me pretty happy ;)
