Punctuation Story; Zodiac Fairies; Israel VS Lebanon - Hezbollah - Iran; Boulevard; K.D.

Just to prove how important it is to learn how to punctuate properly, here's a comma worth $2.13 million.

Zodiac Fairies: Leo. "Surrounded by her corresponding colours of gold, orange and red, the Leo Fairy stands beneath her ruling Sun next to a gold chalice that is lit with a flame befitting this fire sign. With the symbol of Leo tattooed on her shoulder, she wears a golden armband inset with the official Leo gemstone, the ruby. Bay leaves adorn her hair and marigolds, a flower linked to this Zodiac sign, frame this piece."

Leo symbolism:
    Ruling Planet: Sun
    Element: Fire
    Symbol: The Lion
    Flowers: Bay Leaf, Marigold
    Colours: Gold, Orange, Red
    Gemstone: Ruby
    Traits: Powerful, Impressive

And, just for completion's sake.

Zodiac Fairies: Virgo. "Surrounded by her corresponding colours of navy blue, dark green and brown, the Virgo Fairy stands beneath her ruling planet Mercury. With the Virgoan symbol tattooed on her forehead, she clutches a staff fashioned in the shape of the planet Mercury's symbol. In her other hand, she holds acorns, commonly linked to this Zodiac sign, as Cat's Ear, the Virgoan flower, frames this piece."

Virgo symbolism:
    Ruling Planet: Mercury
    Element: Earth
    Symbol: The Virgin
    Flowers: Cat's Ears, Acorns
Colours: Navy Blue, Dark Green, Brown
    Gemstone: Sardonyx
    Traits: Intelligent, Modest

I guess it's obvious which one applies most to me. I don't usually look forward to my birthday, and this one's even worse. But, yes, nearly there and my parents and old/close RL friends are already mentioning it.

From
dubaiyan's journal:

[Interview with Israeli ambassador to the UN: "If Tel Aviv is hit, we shall target Tehran."]

N: This is so fucking scary, man. Inches away from going nuclear.

Fuck. Did they say that? FUCK. I agree with N - you don't fuck with countries this way. You just don't, not unless you want another World War.

But anyway. I went to Boulevard (the theatrefestival in my city) tonight and it was good. I went to K.D. too - it's like the stereotype of a café the way most people imagine it but often find reality to be much different. It was a little bit dark, a little bit smokey, about twice as big as Sjohn's Bar and I kept quiet most of the time. A long-time customer (apparently) went home to get glasses of Chardonnay for the barman and some of her friends. It was relatively quiet. I wondered where everyone'd gone too. Boulevard? I was only in the Centrum for about 45 minutes, so I didn't have time to meet everyone and see everything. Plus, at K.D. they all obviously knew each other and I was new. I wonder if I was transparent.

I want my dl to finish soon... at the end of this week, at the latest. I still need time to burn everything. And watch it all.

I want a colourfilter on this icon.
