Got 5th Row for Tool!
Scored 5th row floor tix for Tool in Atlanta 1/28/20 this morning! Section 3, far left (farthest left, because I think it's an aisle seat?) side of the stage. Wish I was more in the center, but Ticketmaster didn't allow you to view the seats when you purchased the tickets which pissed me off... BUT I GOT 5TH ROW OMG. I was not expecting anything closer than 10th without doing the VIP fanclub package. SO I AM VERY HAPPY :D
I had my browser open a half hour before they went on sale and got in the virtual waiting room 10 minutes before 10AM. There was only something like 360 people ahead of me first time I got in. Next time I went in (15 minutes later), there were 2000 people "in line" and it took like 25 minutes! Saw a section 1, row B ticket up for grabs and nearly cried, but by that time the price for the best seats (fuck the Ticketmaster Platinum tickets dynamic pricing bullshit) went from $280 (which I paid for mine) to $350 (not including the additional $50 in fees) and well, I need to save anyway for the future MCR tour and anything Muse does, so... I'm satisfied with 5th for Maynard. It'll be closer than I was with APC. And actually closer than I was at Epicenter. o_o
The side view is gonna bother me though. Praying I'm not surrounded by tall dudes...
