*She thinks he's joking at first, and is about to make a smartass remark, but Shion looks at Sniper and realizes he's dead serious.*
Well... one's a professional and the other's just a crazy, right? A sniper's being paid to take out an enemy while a mental defective just kills without any reasoning.
Proffesionals have standards. Rules you live by and stick to no matter what. Crazy gunmen let their emotions decide for them. No matter how scared, angry, sad, or happy a proffesional get's, he does not break his rules to induldge.
Good. On a job you can't just kill a stranger because you're angry or not pull the trigger out of pity. If you're taking the job you have to be set to do it.
My rules? Be polite, be Efficient, and have a plan to kill everyone you meet.
[Hands her the rifle. Bolt action large calibur rifle. It can hold five shots. Scope attatched. Used Pre-1964 as as a military and sporting rifle.
Basically the hunting rifle you could get in the Mayfield general store.]
*Shion was joking around a little bit before, but now she's getting serious. She's determined to look after herself no matter what and this includes arming herself.*
No, I've been taught with something similar. I think I can figure it out.
[He'd show her the finer points of the gun. Then let her line it up. The scope was at least decent.]
Now, the kick on this thing is pretty strong so make sure you have it secure. Go down to one knee to hold steady and aim at a box a couple houses down. Try to put a hole in the side of the metal.
[He'd watch her, not the target. He wanted to see where she was good and where she wasn't.]
*Shion gets down on one knee like she was told to and she holds the gun with a firm grip. She takes a minute and aims carefully at the mailbox down the lane. Once she thinks she's got her target in sight, she fires.
She misses, but barely. Shion managed to clip the left side of the mailbox and the bullet hit the grass.*
Are you the guy that's offering up free lessons?

Okay! What are we aiming at?

Though before I hand over my rifle you have to answer this question to my satisfaction.
What's the difference between a Proffesional Sniper and a Mental Defective?

Adjust your grip to hold it steady. Let out a long slow breath and only fire at the very end of it.
[That'd steady her shot a bit.]

Aim for one several yards down now and see if you can adjust slightly. Too much and you'll miss.
[His voice was no longer that kind voice. There were set orders as he seemed to expect much from her.]
