Target #8 - Setting the Day! (Mail)

[A letter would be in the mailboxes of certain houses addressed to certain children. Even if the child had yet to turn in a permission form. Crowe would not be getting a letter as he lives in the same house as Sniper.

[Hanging out on the porch with a book, looking at its pages disdainfully. What tripe the books here are.]

Ah... Mister Sniper, good morning! What brings you about?

Hello there. Just delivering a notice about the up coming camping trip. You and your sister are still interested I take it? Crowe will be coming as well.

[He seemed pleased with that.]

[She smiles, but it's tight. Not quite herself.]

Ah, good. He would enjoy that, I'm sure. Margot is still going, so far as I know. I'm not... sure if I'll be able to make it. I've ah, been called on to babysit.

Ah, I am sorry to hear that.

I didn't remember seeing many really young children here. Who'd you get stuck with?

[He smiled, he was honestly curious.]

Er... One of the drone families.

[Hastily adds because her lying skills suck.]

I also haven't been feeling quite well since all of those phone calls. I think I just need some rest.

So you had them too?

They were a bit unnerving to say the least. Get in touch with anyone from back home or anyone important?

No. Just someone else trapped in a place like us.

Really? Well that's bloody depressing. Pardon my language and all.

I wouldn't wish a place like this on anyone. That's why we are going to get out of here and get everyone else back home.

The implications alone that this is happening elsewhere... Who's to say that once we find a way home that we won't be whisked off to another prison?

Nothing, though when we find a way home at least we'll know we can beat the system.

Prove you're stronger than one and you'll prove you're stronger than them all.

Together we might, but we'd be alone again. It seems pointless.

It's never pointless.

Take what you learn from this place. Your experiences. Your friends. Everything.

When they try to take you away again you'll be ready. Even if you don't have the rest of us around you'll be able to take what you know, find others to fill in, and make it happen.

You should come to the camping trip if you get a chance too. I'm going to be teaching all the kids a bit of what I know just incase they find it useful some day. That way if you do run into this sort of thing again, you won't need me around to do what little I can do.
