frustration

frustration is a right bastard. i stuffed my knee today at soccer. and it now hurts quite bad. but what is the worst is not being able to help out yuor mates. we were leading 2-1 when i was injured and ended up losing 3-2.  but to see blokes out there who were really physically struggling was veyr painful. knowing that i could have helped them was really something i dont want to experience again. (sidenote: we aren't that unfit, we had already played on the saturday). to add to the frustration. i couldnt play keeper in another game, due to my knee, and the guy we put in to replace, whilst good for a replacement, really wasnt up to scratch, and to see him suffering like that really hurt. my point being, frustration is really one of the most painful emotions, especially when it gets to the point when one needs to lash out and punch something. (not that that has anything to do with me, or the door of my wardrobe.) rant concluded.
