I'm doing so well with this diet change...last time I had "bad" food was 2 weeks ago in Brooklyn at a diner. I don't see myself going back...I've been completely dairy free for a week. I love all the foods I've been eating and I'm even seeing a change with my skin...my skin isn't breaking out like usual. I think I'm even going to keep up with working out, I'm not making excuses anymore for being lazy. I jogged/walked for an hour on the beach today and plan on doing it again tomorrow. When I can't go to the beach I'll just go anywhere I can. I want to get in shape and I'm the only one to make it happen. I don't want to be sick from some fucked up disease in the hospital and I want to fit into my new 1960's white lace dress. Having some self discipline is making me feel more positive about things.

Today's diet:
3am: some cashews
9:30am: pumpkin cereal with strawberries, apples, and vanilla almond milk.
2pm: Vegan Garden burger on whole grain bread, nayonnaise, tomato, lettuce, organic ketchup, pepper.  and brown rice with spinach and black beans.
5pm: Green leaf salad with tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, cashews, and raisins with low fat ginger dressing.
11pm: Baked potato with vegan butter spread, tofutti sour cream and a bit of salt and pepper.
3 glasses of peach detox tea and a ginger soother.
Hour of exercise.
