Today's diet

I'm going to start documenting what I eat everyday for me to look back on so I can make some improvements.

12pm: Strawberry Soy yogurt

1pm: Green Leaf Salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, raisins, and unsalted cashews with Annie's low fat ginger vinegarette dressing.

4pm: Baked Potato with a little salt & pepper with tofutti sour cream.

6pm: Boca Veg. chicken patti on whole wheat pita bread with original nayonnaise spread, green leaf lettuce, tomato, a bit of salt and pepper, and organic fruit tomato ketchup.

8pm: a small bowl of organic brown rice cooked with a bit of olive oil.

10pm: A small bowl of pumpkin granola cereal with Vanilla almond milk.

and through out the day had some water, sleepytime tea, ginger soother, and a little vitamin water.
