Hated Remembering
-The thoughts the bring up the past

It's the shiver down the spine that triggers the fear

but it's the fear that distills into sorrow.

A tear where terror should be,

pain, where fright should rise from the soul

The familiar waves of death

staining the mind, eating away the heart.

It is death. That is drowning the thought in this sorrow.

Make no mistake of the illness.

Reminded of her again, hated remembering

Her voice, her skin on finger tips

her blood on lips, priceless moments.

Forever burned in the mind, and never to be again.

Wash it all away, come take this with the tide

Let death wash away the cold

Shivering from the freezing recall of loss

Don’t let the rest of it freeze, bring the warm waters

Wash it all way, healing, hurting,

Death
