Unlikely. In this place I will only kill to prevent multiple deaths. A non-violent approach may soothe your morals, but I have no qualms about doing what is necessary.

In my experience, it is each to their own when such things occur. For the most part, people are unwilling to interfere when the person causing the problems is not one of their acquaintances, particularly when a threat is posed that may affect them. Provided those they care for are safe, people are unlikely to get involved.

It is the way of human nature. I expect little else.
