october is creeping in
did the merch table at the burlesque show last sat night, and got to hear/see a little of a cool show! highlights included daisy's debut in the washer-women act ahead of ren faire, meredith sparkles a-sparklin', and a white girl doing josephine baker!
{there was lotsa other fantastic stuff, but those are the things my brain still remembers... '-}
weather is cooling off, and it's almost time to keep the windows closed.... tho' talu's windows are still open so she can snoop on the neighbours.... *heh*
there's a lot going on the rest of this month, and i'm trying very hard to keep up with it all... so far, i'm behind a bit on the wedding prep, but i think i'll manage to pull everything off be the time the event arrives...
visited with ms. cee back at home for the first time since she *got* back home, and she said she's LOTS better now! she was *looking* really good, so i was happy that things are almost back to normal....
i think i'm gonna enjoy the rest of the nice serene evening with a big, hot, bubbly-bath! {and mebbe a glass o'wine to go with... '-}
