ocTOURber-fest
I am home, i am so tired, but i would not go back and change muh over the last 2 weeks if i had the choice!
Touring with the daylight curse and Wish for Wings was seriously a fucking blessing... not only are they two fucking amazing bands they are probably the best bunch of fucking guys ive met in so fucking long.
very genuine dudes who love to party. i seriously feel blessed to have gained good friendship with these guys and am so siked we still have 2 shoes in nsw next weekend.
Also being on the road with my band who are all the best guys and my mate xstux the road dog and also pommy nic was rad. seiously all the shows were rad and inbetween the shows was fucking funny as shit cos of al the guys i got to chill with.
Melbs shows were fun i thought the crowd was a little spaced tho as there were four shows for them to pic and choose from but still i had rad fun and was good getting to see some old faces again. and meeting new ones.
we crashed at Stus parents house and they are quite easily the best humans in the world. SO SO SO SO NICE. Gave us heaps of food and shit and blankets and beds. Stus dad even did the milk challenge with Matty C it was funny cos matt spewed in like 2 mins and papa stu paced himself and didnt.
Then me and stu did the water challenge..... Stu is a tank he skulled half a bucket of water and didnt even kiff... and moshed hard that night.
UI however skulled half a bucket of water like 4 litres or some shit and proceede4d to chuck everywhere... it was rad.
then it was off to bris. the rev was wierd there but i had a lot of fun anyway, but the all ages at the lions den was fucking chaos.... wings and curse are so fucking big there its amazing. and we got a good rep to which was abit of a suprise. i was siked. all sorts of onstage antics.... rippin off PQ with a few of us pretending to play guitar at the start of curse sets. guest vocs for almost every band haha oh yeah and LIVE TODAY.... fuckin ill posi hardcore band check them out. fucking rad.
MASSIVE thanks to greg and rachi for putting us up with a place to stay up there you guys are fucking honest good peeps.
BYRON BAY was off the hook too. seriousl kids moshed alot for us there and it was so good being as we have only been there once befor bassically as a different band.
I ate good nachos too and saw a good band called her bleeding eyes. I did another water challenge to entertain the curse and wings crew and then we drove home with a mission....... to make it home to shots happy hour on sat night.
this did not work we went a really long shitty way and ran out of petrol and took like 28 hours or someshit. it was fucked.
but anyway tour was rad and cant wait fro newcastle
Oh and if you didnt hear me and Tristan abducted BOW WOW from the side of the road in bris by pulling him into the van. ppl called cops, detectives hunted us down, took us into custody. We may have to go back to bris for a court case and may also have to pay a massive fine like apparently like 20g's.
So there may be a benefit show coming up or even a whole tour. let me know if you can help out any way.
