Said lump shifts a little, one hand reaching out of the blanket and pushing the fabric away. He sits up suddenly, the hand moving to his forehead; if one pays close attention, he's flushed and sweating, his chest heaving with shortened breaths.
His hands tangle in the sheets, gripping the softness as he looks up through his bangs with dark eyes. He shuts them, waiting for a moment before they snap back open.]
... why isn't-- [He's cut off by a harsh cough, one hand moving to press over his mouth in an attempt to muffle the noise.
