He'd only really been staying good because people these days were so predictable. He had all these fantastic ways of killing people, and what did everybody do? Scream, run, call the police, etc. etc. People either had no clue how to handle this sort of thing or had entirely TOO much clue, and then he'd have to hide for God knows how long. There was no variety anymore. So he'd stopped for a while.
But there was something different in the air today, something exciting. Otherworldly, even. He hadn't felt this way in a long time. It felt exhilarating.
It made him... want to giggle.
The nurse near him suddenly felt anxious. "Um, doctor? Are you..."
"I'm sorry, my dear, Dr. Kelso is out."
He turns to her, grinning manically, with a tongue depressor. "Dr. CHUCKLES is IN!"
The nurse only had a half second to scream and press the panic button before "Dr. Chuckles" finds a very creative use for the depressor. To the brain.

The woman at the information desk looked at the motley crew, and then stopped to pause on Ara, easily the strangest looking of the bunch. "...y'all coming from some costume party or something?"
Before she has a chance to offer any additional advice, a wailing siren sort of noise begins to radiate through the building, and without a second thought the entire staff suddenly bolt for various doors, locking them behind them. The woman herself, looking terrified, bolts for another door before locking it behind her. No offers to let them in, alas -- no time for strangers here.
The lights flicker and go dim. Well. This is less than promising.
