I brought a kitty you guys!
Ok! So! I've been looking for a second cat since last year when I found that Maine Coon at the Cat Haven (but he was taken by someone else)... I don't remember if I posted it here! BUT ANYWAY.
I've been thinking about a second cat again more seriously for a long time , and decided on getting a Burmese because they are both smoochy, clingy cats, and beautiful!
I found one today, second breeder I visited. She's an 8 week old brown girl.
There were 3 other kittens left from her litter for me to choose from, all brown girls about the same size, so I went for this one because she was the friendliest with me. She also had the cleanest ears and eyes, and shiny fur, though they all looked excellent. One was really sleepy and didn't interact with me at all, the other was almost as friendly as this one but didn't have such a giant sports-car engine purr. Such a tiny thing, and her purr is already louder than Exo's!
I met her mum, and she was a total sweetheart, wouldn't get off Gavin's lap, and also purred and nuzzled like it was going out of fashion. Apparently her dad is just as sweet but we couldn't see him because he was studding or something apparently.
Charmaine, the breeder, said that she's already microchipped them, and she's sending the papers in to register them soon. I want to choose a name by Monday! (For her "official Show name") If she ends up not suiting these at all, I can always change her actual name.
This is my shortlist! It's only taken me like 6 hours to get it down this short, I'd appreciate votes for your favourite! Atm mine is Teak/ Tikki, but I love the others almost as much. (They are all trees/timbers, because she is brown :P)
