We're in Madrid!
Madrid is a pretty neat city, and free museums on Sundays is pretty cool. On the downside, we're both sick for some unknown reason. Lame! But at least we are here for 3 days, and have kind of seen everything we were interested in already.
Speaking of which, we went to a bull fight tonight. I figured that not going isn't going to stop the bull from being killed, and going isn't going to make it happen more reguarly. I guess it was kind of interesting to see an old tradition, but to be honest I found it terrible. Absolutely terrible. It made me cry a bit. The bull we saw actually got the matador (threw him right up in the air), and I had hoped that maybe that would save the bull's life but it didn't. It's not fair at all, but I suppose I shouldn't have expected it to be. I think it would have been slightly more fair if it was just one matador versus the bull, without all the other people and picadors and such weakening it first. And maybe if the matador had a knife instead of a sword. But I still can't see why it is still in practise. Eh.

Aand I'm glad to see that that Kyle Sandilands jerk finally rammed his foot right into his mouth for once. I hate that guy! He wasn't even funny.
Anyway I'm kind of sick so I think it's bedtime for me. I think I will have nightmares about bulls.
