ow.
i opened my dishwasher to get some clean bowls, but it was still in the plate warming mode. no big deal, i just turned it off when it started and it wasn't that hot. at least, the dishes weren't. then i accidentally dropped a serving spoon into the bottom of the dishwasher. so i reached down to get it, and also accidentally touched the metal bar at the bottom of the dishwasher *the one right under the bottom rack*. that was very motherfucking hot. of course, me being the slow one, i didn't realize it until i'd had my fingers on there for a minute. so now i'm awaiting a blister or two.
in other news, i can't wait for my other w-2 to get here so i can file for my taxes, because i shall be rich! thank you, darian and kaden. :D time to buy a new washer and dryer and a new bed. because my dryer is giving up the ghost, and why not buy a new washer with it....and yeah, we definitely need a new bed.
and belatedly, a picture of darian in his preschool play. take note of his eyes...he was supposed to be playing an angel but his eyes definitely look more like he was suddenly possessed for a moment by a demon.
