Little help finding a story if possible
Just wondering if anyone can assist with the name/location of a story read not so long ago...
Set in Italy (?) Spike first meets a damaged (what he thinks is a person) individual down a dark street when running with Dru - drinks from him and nearly dies.
Years later when with Xander they find the same individual - missing limbs and eyes tongue etc... take him back to their home and care for him - turns out to be a cursed angel who recovers with their love.
I remember the artwork to be compelling also and am really miffed I cannot remember the name or location of the story - the title was in italian I think.
Any clues would be appreciated
