(no subject)
yesterday...
got into college, was in still room got pissed off because i was the only one doing any work
and then managed to fall down the stairs between kitchens carrying two plates
it's all of three steps, but i managed to hurt my left hand, elbow and back
teacher shoves ice on my hand and sends me up to the canteen for a cup of hot sweet tea, saying she'll be up in a bit
45mins later, rose who runs the canteen packs me off to the walk in center round the corner
who put it in a sling and tell me to go get an x-ray in the morning
i head back to college to get my stuff, fill in the accident book etc
Adjey says she wants me in, even if i'm in plaster (fat chance)
head to Guy's hospital by train, only to get told i need to go to st thomas's
so a bus ride and a trek later i get there and get sent to a&e
where i wait and wait and wait
and get poked and x-rayed and wait some more
i have fractured a bone in my hand, but not all the way through, it's unusual, it's rotated slightly.
back on monday to have it poked some more
got put in plaster and sent on my way
finally got home at 8.30ish
do you have any idea how hard taking my binder off last night was???

so yeah, it hurts, i've been sleeping lots today
have to go in tomorrow and then up to wolverhapton :)
