So I believe the last time I updated was my uncle's wedding. I suppose I will update from there. Well, at least what I can remember.

Jamie and Kevin threw an intimate birthday party for Tasha's 19th birthday at the townhome. It was by far one of the most ecclectic parties I think I have ever gone to. Wow. HUGE Spiderman cake, Disney's Princesses pinata, and Pirates of the Carribbean table cloth, happy birthday banner and plates, and coconut cups. It was awesome. We had a blast. I think she really enjoyed herself. I hope so at least. Good final memory for 3 of us in the house.

Tasha and Jamie moved out of the townhouse over the weekend. Both had their reasons, but things work out for a reason. Sarah will be moving in in August. w00t! It should be fun fun. I can't wait for school to start back. I will get a job and be good to go. I'm just glad everyone is happy now.

Kelvin and I had an interesting conversation that night, too. I won't get into that one, but... it was rather interesting. I didn't mind it. Beer... it's a wonderful thing.

Jekyll went well. It was so hot. We didn't have to pay much for food at all. Many of my dad's clients and sales people took us out and such. It was tasty. Made a new friend... my dad's boss' daughter, Emmy. She's awesome. Almost conquered my fear of Karaoke... but didn't. Dude ran out of time. Oh well... maybe next time. We went on a dolphin cruise thing. Got to play with the gorgeous creatures:

Beautiful, Eh. Then I decided I wanted to go to the fishing pier... just to see what was biting and to see who all was there, ya know. Mom and I pull in only to see the best thing of the whole entire trip - this guy:

That guy was so amazing. The boardwalk specifially said "No Motorized Vehicles," so this dude got snart on the Man and got him a Rascal, hooked him up a Radio Flyer to it. On the back of the Rascal was 3 fishing poles, maybe 4... and his bait and tackle. Then in the Radio Flyer was a cooler and an actual live well... bubbler and all. What the hell. All of that while eating an ice cream. That man was awesome. Anywho. The trip was swell. I enjoyed myself thoroughly.

Got home Friday evening. My grandmother, brother, and great grandfather prepared dinner for our homecoming. Steak, mashed potatoes, and something else... I mostly ate potatoes. I am getting out of beef mode. No, I'm no vegan, but I have jet slowly been getting out of the beef appetite. I haven't liked home made hamburgers for a long while now... and now I have gotten to the point to where I can only eat lean beef like filet mignon or just meat from prime rib. Yeah, weird, eh? Oh well. I couldn't eat my pork chop at dinner tonight. I could only eat macaroni and cheese and pickled cucumbers. It was pretty tastey. Mm. I am making an effort to lose some weight. I think I need to for the sake of me. It is something I have always wanted to do, and I need to stick to it.. .so far so good. Been doing well for about 3 weeks. Yay. So... to get back on track. Friday, got home had dinner with the family. Then after dinner I went out for coffee with Ashley and Jeff. I hasven't seen Jeff in a year... since senior trip last year when I met him. He still was looking as hot as ever. Lol. Saw Eryn up thurr. After coffee, we went back to Ashley and Martina's to watch a movie, but that never happened. We ended up playing on myspace, playing with cell phones, and looking at pictures and such. Came home around 1:30ish went to bed. Then Saturday afternoon, I headed back over to Ashley and Martina's. We all hung out, took a nap, then Jamie came over and Jeff, Jamie, Ashley, Martina, and I met up with Clay at Joe's on Juniper for dinner. Amazing place. I loved it. Too bad the Host had to be a bitch... yeah.. Martina went up there to ask about a table. After about 30 minutes, she went back up there and he had just called our name. He saw that Jeff and Clay were with us and said, "Honey, when you go to a restaurant that's owned fags, you never send the girl up... especially when you have hot guys like these 2." She was pissed. I drank like 2 and a half glasses of tea before my food came, so I was full of tea and got a little sick to my stomach, but I did get one bite in of my excellent chili cheese dog. The thing was HUGE. I kid you not! After good times were shared at the table, we got out our money and cards to pay as it began to sprinkle rain. We had seen some lightning and heard the thunder in the distance, but it was nothing to worry about... the wind kicked up a bit. So... waiter hops off with our bill and 2 seconds after that it begins to pour. So everyone piled onto the porch - everyone being the people that were eating outside. Jamie and I courageously volunteered to go get the car which was parked in a parking garage about 3 blocks down from where we were. Jamie asked this man if we could borrow his umbrella... and he agreed... too bad it was broken to hell and back. So... needless to say... we got drenched... and nearly drowned in the rivers.. yes, rivers in the streets of Atlanta. There were actual currents... there was so much damn rain. So, we finally got to the car after numberous puddles, pot holes, and giggles. It was fun, but I don't think I will even volunteer to do it again. Lol. So Sunday rolls around... we woke up and had IHOP with Ashley's mom and her new hubby. It was so tastey. Mmm. Best part... no Craig. w00t! Anywho. Jamie and I were girlfriends for the day... mainly cos we didn't want to be hit on by diesel dikes. Ew. Yep yep... Jamie and I matched... yeah we had it going on. Then after IHOP, we (minus Ashley's mom and stepdad) left for the Pride 2006 Parade. We met up with Tori and Gidget. They had really good seats, so we all had a good view. So... again with the thunder and lightning.... then you hear a bunch of cheering... and BAM rain like it had never rained before. The parade still went on, but you could say... "It rained on our parade." There were many church supporters, trannies, leather daddies (one in which picked Jeff out of the croud to kiss and give beads to), limos, dikes on bikes, gay cowboys, just beautiful people... and many unlikely sponsers. I was rather pleased with the turn out. Nothing better than a bunch of soaking wet lesbians, gays, and supporters lining the streets of Piedmont. It really was an experience. After the parade was over... of course the rain let up, then we all went to get some coffee at Caribou Coffee. I actually got some hot chocolate. I saw Kat Aiken (she was on the Satrship float), and saw a guy I know from college, Michael. And Martina, Jeff, and Ashley were going to meet up with a friend of theirs from Florida, Suzannah and her 2 friends. They were up here for the Brand New concert and figured they'd just meet up just to say hey. We all went back the Martina and Ashley's appartment and watched Spice World... well, the beginnings of it. Then they had to head off to their concert and I headed home and had spaghetti with my family.

Yesterday was just a miserable day. It rained a slow, sticky rain all day long. I was going to go down to my place yesterday just to do some things I need to get done, but decided to do it later. Instead, I went to Lowes with my fmaily, then came home and made potato soup and grilled cheese. Mm, comfort foods. Those are the best for rainy days. And it was cold too in the house yesterday, made it all the more better.

So that leads up to today... I woke up... with a horrid crick in my neck. I popped it a couple times, hoping that would help out a little bit. Got dressed, got some money, got a list of things to do, and went to do my errands and was going to go to my house to get those things done that I was going to do yesterday. So anyway... I go to the bank, get all my bank stuff situated, do my moms errands, take my bro to lunch... and by then, I made the decision that I couldn't drive all the way to Clayton with my neck in the shape it is in. It was and still is killing me. So I can home and took a muscle relaxer and passed out. Plumbers were here putting in our new bathroom.. I didn't care.. I didn't feel good. Woke up... I still felt like crap. Then dinner time rolled around... Joe and dad were playing around.. Joe was on the floor clinging to dads leg. I was just an innocent bystander. Joe swung around and his foot caught my toenail and ripped half of it off. So after screaming bloody murder and cleaning off all the blood, I finally ate my macaroni and cheese and my pickled cucumbers. So here I sit watching Ace Ventura and updating this thing.

Hope you all feel updated. I sure do.

Have a good week everyone! ♥
