Lulu - She's a normal human. She'd probably be pretty easy to read, and he's totally open to reading her mind if he wants. Once she catches on, she'd be able to put up pretty decent barriers, as she's lived with a witch for a few years. She would, however, be very hard to hypnotize, so depending on the situation she may or may not be able to be hypnotized. No feeding!
Moira - She's a witch, so he'd definitely be able to sense that about her. Perhaps some sort of mental communication could occur. However, she's very good at keeping people out of her head and as soon as she sensed anything off about him, her guards would be up even more than normal. Ditto to the feeding, as she would probably spell the shit out of him. Also, she'd definitely not be able to be mind controlled lol.
Lily - also a witch but of a different kind. He'd be able to sense that. She's decent at Occlumency but not 100%, so he'd be able to get into her head at least. Feeding would be possible depending on the situation. She'd be all but impossible to mind control or hypnotize though.
Alba - she's a time traveler, but it's genetic, so I'm not sure if he'd be able to sense that or not. If he wants to, he certainly can! No feeding cause she's 12! Mind reading would be pretty easy since she's never had to deal with it. If it happened repeatedly, she could probably barrier her mind off a bit with a lot of effort. She'd also be very easy to mind control, but depending on the situation
