I was raised... well, I was raised by Francis and Elizabeth Owens. But my Guardian was Silas, and his friend was Miss Lupescu. She was from Romania, and I suspect he was, too, though he didn't have nearly the same accent she did. Then again, he'd probably say it was because he hadn't lived there for a long time.

How are you... getting on, then? There haven't been any reports of suspected vampiric activity-- I work in the police station. Well, I just went back last Thursday, but I was sorting the new paperwork, and I would have noticed. Did you make a deal with the blood bank, like Spike did?
