I was happy we made it too, although I apologize for seeming a little awkward and off my gourd at the end of the night, weed does that to me for some reason.
actually, i didnt notice any awkwardness at all weed makes me a weirdo too, so perhaps i was on guard as well, and thats why i didnt notice :)
heck, and while im typing might as well do this:
Guacamole 3 avocados about one tomato, chopped 2 or 3 green onions half-to-one-whole lemon's juice [to taste] some tobasco/hot sauce/whatever, again to taste salt and pepper
basically you just mush up teh avocado, then mix in everything else. i just mix it together, some people use a food processor if they want it smoother, i like it chunky :)
Hummus
1/2 cup tahini [you can get it at bulk barn] 1/2 cup oil [vegetable, olive, whatever kind] 1 can of chick peas, rinsed juice of one lemon bunch of parsely anywhere from 1 to 5 cloves of garlic, do it to your preference [mine had 5 cloves :)]
Hey thanks a lot, I've been on a recipe binge today, looking through Canadian Living mags (haha I'm 40!) and stuff. I found some really good chinese/thai/vietnamese chicken & sauce recipes etc. so I'll have a big theme dinner party or something when Ryan and I move. You have to wear a kimono to my place.
