A two day break is not enough, taking atleast a week and a half off would heal it naturally, two weeks would be better. What you are doing is letting the body do some repair, then you destroy all those repaired parts, and cause more injury. Not a solution at all. Seeing a doctor would be good, otherwise no sports for 2 weeks, and if it still feels off, than definitely a doctor, but seeing a doctor before gives you a plan.

Jenna hearts soccer but hurts leg. Jenna starts enjoying sun but hurts skin. Jenna more cautious about skin than leg for now. Hmmmm, something seems odd there :P.
