Church sets up his soldering kit on the kitchen table and arranges an assortment of small chips on a safeplate, humming to the music player on the counter and grinning like a fool. Sheila peeks her head into the kitchen and catches sight of Church. Emboldened, she steps into the room and smiles a little nervously.

"I am ready when you are."

Church waves his arms around him in a grandiose manner. "Welcome to my parlor! Pop a squat." He grins and chuckles. "You're, uhhh... you're gonna have to take your shirt off, but there's a towel right on your chair to cover up with. I need to get into a panel at your spine." He covers his eyes and turns his head. "Do your thing. I won't look."

Sheila sits down gratefully and removes her shirt, holding the towel up to her front. "Church? I'm done." Nervously, she turns her back to him and looks over her shoulder. "Do I need to power down at all?"

Church finally manages a serious face. "Only for a few seconds. I have a dormant charger here that I can plug you into while you're powered down, and then you can power through that so I don't get electrocuted and you don't get damaged. And you won't feel a thing, because your nerve centers will be shut down. Unless you wanna stay powered down the whole time."
