(no subject)
The sun has been especially marvelous these last few days. The sunrises have been golden and glowing, and the sunsets set the sky aflame. It's very nice to wake up to. And the moon tonight is as glorioius in its own way as the sun- its clear white light turns the nightsky into blue velvet. And I'll be up looking at it, because I need to clean.
You see, the cats have both been rather ill, and have been making rather awful deposits of a fecal nature in any number of available piles of clothing- even a towel will do! The predicament clearly neccesitate the removal of all such piles.
Add to this the fact that a handyman is coming to our house tomorrow, and you have the reason I am staying up most of tonight cleaning.
But all is well, because in the end I like a clean house.
Shannon and I have begun working out regularly again. We went on our best run ever a night or two ago, and we attempted to do Tae-bo together another night. It didn't work out quite as well as we'd hoped.
I had a reasonably deep spiritual conversation with my manager Kellie and her boyfriend Riley on break at work today. We talked about energy, how it flows and how people perceive it, and what happens after we die, and how magic works, and what "God" is- all the big ones. It always feels so good to have talks like this, to be around that kind of vibration. Lovely.
Now, I need to put on an episode of Big Love and continue cleaning.
