It... almost sounds like thought speak, but it's.. annoying, and it won't stop.

I can't understand it, either. It's too muffled..

It needs to stop. It's keeping me awake.

It's not really loud, but it's.. there, and I keep trying to figure out what it's saying but I can't make it out..
