And so it begins...

Being in the digital age, I'm going to start a pregnancy diary the only way I know how: online.
I'm super excited to be pregnant, one of the perks of doing it on purpose :). I'm doing some things better than last pregnancy, and some things worse. I used less caffeine last pregnancy. I think I can probably count the cups of tea I had on one hand, and most of those were green tea. I'm still having acceptable amounts according to the standards, but I'd like to get down to none.
I"m doing much better on the eating front. Last pregnancy I was like, "I'm preggo, so now I can REALLY eat!!" (not like I was starving before). This is partially due to the fact that I love food, but also I'm pretty sure because it was a really stressful time for me. Life is still stressful, but not the OMG What will happen to my life kind of stressful, just the usual life stresses. I've actually been eating less now that I'm pregnant. :) And don't worry, the baby will in no way be deprived. I didn't get 20lbs overweight by magic :P. Now if I can only get some exercise in, I'll be like super mommy or something.

I also discovered that I may be getting nausea from the prenatal's I'm taking. It hasn't been helped by the fact that I apparently want *much* less breakfast now that I'm pregnant. Usually I eat Big breakfasts, but the last 3-4 days, I have like a small snack's worth of food for breakfast.

Ok, to bed with me.

Just a note: While I am not keeping this post limited, I don't want my pregnancy posted about on Facebook, since there's a lot more people on there. I think I still have one or two active friends on LJ, and I don't mind you guys knowing, but I'm only 5 weeks along, so it's not time for the world to know yet, but it's definitely taking up very very substantial portions of my brain already, so it's time to start journaling! :)
