(no subject)
I am back from my Catalina vacation! It was so much fun! Every summer i go there and i never want to leave! Me and brooke met these two awsome guys named Clark and james who tok us out on their yacht and whaler! We went to Emerald bay and swam for hours in the ocean and then when we got dressed and dried off we went baoting in the whaler again! it was so much fun cuz we planed in the waves and the boat was hella bouncy! wee! And we had a little splash fight and me and Brooke got this great idea to jus tjump in the water...fully clothed so we did! and she was wearing these sweat pants that like pulled her down. luckily i was wearing water proof shorts! lol And the guys kept dunking us and pulling us under.it was fun. its so much fun to swim in the ocean cuz the water is so clear and event ho its cold u get so used to it.
The next day we woke up at 6:00 am (ugh) to go fishing wiht clark and james. That was fun! Even tho the guys were the onli ones who caught any fish and my hands smelled the rest of the day like anchovies from the bait. lol. And then me and brooke went for a fast swim cuz later we had scuba diving lessons! Omigod Scuba diving is the best thing in the whole world!! i want to become certified!! We had to learn hand signals and how to clear our masks under water in case they got foggy, and how to retrieve ur air tube and emergency stuff like that. And then we went under for like 20 minutes just swimming at the bottom of the ocean! It was seriously one of the best experiences of my life. i saw so much fish and sea kelp and pretty stuff. The onli thing hard about it was getting the gear on! lol. the wet suit takes so long to put on and then u have to put booties, flippers, ur mask, air tank and weights around ur waist. It was so heavy but once u got in the water u were fine. Then we just got to swim around Sphinx rock for awhile. That felt so good after having all that heavy stuff on u! And when we got back brooke's mom made these realli weird drinks out of cactus apples!! lol they are so nasty but alot of ppl seemed to like them!
Then the next day we just went snorkleing around the beach and that was surpsising realli tirng. Catalina island is actually a mini party island! lol at night there was a dance for anybody but none ofbrooke's family besides me and karen wanted to go dance! so we just partied for hours loL! and it was just us! it was so hilarious! we kick ass man!
omigod me and brooke were so excited cuz we were watching the olympics and Yao Mein that famous basketball player from china was carrying the olypmic flag!! we both jumped out of seats and yelled 'YAO!!" cuz when we went to China his picture was EVERYWHERE!!! so its an inside joke now! haha.
Hmmm but now i am home and i miss Clark cuz he was so much fun to talk to! we could tlak about anything.. and we he comes up to northern california he's gonna come by and see me and we are gonna go party in Berkley!! he's on the water polo team and u kno Ethan Craft from that show Lizzie Mguire??? well he is on Clark's water polo team!! isn't that great?? so i'm gonna meet him!! well next time i see him hopefullly. But he says that he doesn't want to act anymore. how sad!! And he has a realli big nose in real life! heheh i still think he's cute tho! well if i think of more i shall write later!
