(no subject)
Finally, I'm moved. Tuesday was a long tiring day, but I managed to move EVERYTHING, although I can't seem to find places to put things quite yet. Yesterday I had to work so I didn't get much done around here, but I did manage to accomplish cleaning/organizing my closet. Yay! We all have nice walk in closets, there are pretty spacious, which I love! Other than that everything is pretty unorganized. Hopefully it will all come together today once my bed is delivered. Then I hope to position things around, to make things more convenient. Other than that things are great! There's so many people, everywhere you look. It stays pretty noisy at night and of course in the morning there happens to be construction right out my window...and without my bed, I have slept on the floor these last two nights, so over all I haven't gotten much sleep.
I'm excited about the transition, although the driving to and from work is a drag, but I needed a change and so far this has been wonderful. My roommates are great! So far so good! =) Yeah, I know it's only been two days, but living with 3 other girls I was trying to prepare myself for the worst, yet things haven't been bad whatsoever. My schedule is all that bad either, I only have classes tuesday - thursday, which gives me a nice long weekend, for homework and work of course! ha! Unfortunately my classes on T and Th start at 8:30...which is pretty early for me, but at the rate I've been going getting up at 7 because of all the construction noise outside my window seems to be pretty routine, so it shouldn't be that bad.
This with Kirk are wonderful! He was accepted @ GVSU to go back and start working towards his masters. So he will also be taking classes this fall. Hopefully this way I will see him more regularly. And if he follows my sisters advice he should be visiting at least twice during the week, which does not include weekends, so he will of course have to see me then too! =o) Ohh amanda. she just loves kirk and for some reason is so afraid of us breaking up, yet we have no intention and never have. Oh I love her, and strangely enough will miss her while I'm away =)....I already miss my cat too, it just dawned on me yesterday. I never realized how much she kept me company. Amanda, be nice to her!!!
