Like moving pictures in my head for years and years they've played
1) I'm not dead or a zombie. Honestly. I've just not been living the most exciting life lately what with still being restricted mobility wise. I wish I could drive but technically I'm not allowed to as I'm meant to wear the CAM boot and that means no driving, but I'm starting to reach a point where I want out of my boot and to get behind the wheel of my car. THESE FOUR WALLS ARE DRIVING ME INSANE!!!
2) University starts back up this week. Technically it started last week but there was no way I could get there. They're being very understanding about my lack of mobility and I'm exempt from the usual black mark of missing the course, which is all part of the new Uni regulations. I mean it's stupid really, I'm paying to do the course so it's my choice really if I don't show up but hey ho, they've got to treat everyone the same so meh. This term, my final term [FLAIL], I am studying on two modules 'Critical Theory and Evidence based Practice' which is so appropriate for my Dissertation it's unreal and 'European and International Education.'
3) Had a telephone tutorial about my Dissertation, I've done more prep work for it than I thought I had which is awesome and unlike my essays I'm NOT going to PROCRASTINATE. Nu-uh. No way. Not any more. This is too important for my career and there is no way in hell I can write 18,000 words in four days about Theory and Evidence and ITT.
4) I'm resuming job hunting now that the job market has... well not really picked up. There are about two jobs that I can go for locally and one further away, that isn't really viable, but I love the look of the school. So yeah. Not telling family members about applying though as they just add stress.
5) I'm loving my camera, it's awesome and I'm learning the settings on it slowly but surely. I'm in no shape or form awesome at photography but I'm getting there slowly. This is my boyfriend and I. Don't we make a bootiful couple?
