I fell off the face of the earth but found my way back!
Apparently the week before you start your teacher training your University and School both decide to email you a ton of stuff to read that you need to cover before you start on the friday *sigh*
Thankfully I manged to get through 90% of it and what I didn't read wasn't so important.
So yes Friday was my very first day! Although there were no kids in school there was still plenty to do involving meeting after meeting after meeting which included more and more and more paperwork! It was fantastic though and I loved every minute despite being incredibly tired by 4pm.
I get my timetable on Monday to show progressively over the year what classes I will be teaching and when. Very very scary!
I'll give you the low down on all the teachery things next week when I start to actually do interesting stuff. I could go on and on about my paperwork but heck just reading it out aloud to myself and the cat put poor Darcie to sleep!
I saw the Boy yesterday and spent a lovely day with him just relaxing and being a couple.
It's his birthday on Wed 16th so I have bought him pressies!! :)
