(no subject)

Well today was rather nostalgic and intersting for me. I went into University to register for my GTP placement and collect my first of eight ma-hu-ssive folders of paperwork, documents, evidence and goodness knows what else... if I find the meaning of life in there I'll let you all know!

Was really great to see the University again, brought back lots of lovely memories of Ping and Emma who I met whilst studying Marketing. Two lovely people who I really should organise to see sometime soon.

Met the rest of the, now dubbed 'Maidstone Massive' (heheh), people who are locally studying for their respective GTP subjects. We'll all be going to the same core subject days which will be nice, though there was one female on the team who was a bit barmy to say the least and NO it wasn't me looking in a mirror! Hmph!

Anyways, was really great to go back and meet lots of lovely new people at the same time. It kind of put everything into perspective for me as well as I was one of the lucky 220 who were offered a place at the university to study. Apparently the number applying this year had increased on last years figures by 106% and they were being really strict on who they were allowing to get a place at the uni. It sounds the same all around the Uk as well.

But yeah I feel like the rain has finally stopped and I can see glimmers of blue sky inbetween the clouds.

Probably the best I've felt in a long time.
