Race
I don't want to work next weekend so I took it off. There's just too much happening to pass up...and on top of that, I might have to do my least favorite job ever next Monday. I'd rather use up every bit of vacation instead. I need the time off now though! I've been so busy! Today I went to the Race for the Cure in WPB and it was actually fun. It was frigid out and i survived. And it was actually fun. I met some engineers from the plant, walked the 5k with friends, and made it to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch afterwards. Now I'm super tired from getting up at 5:30 on a Saturday. I got up at 5:00 all week and somehow 5:30 today is kicking my ass. LOL. After so much apprehension about the Race for the Cure, I was pleasantly surprised. I think I could go again. And maybe run if I worked on it :)
And now, I'm trying to figure out what to wear tonight. I didn't make it to the dry cleaners to pick up the shirt I wanted to wear...darn. It's girls night out tonight :) Should be FUN!
