Who stepped on my tongue, and why does my head hurt so much?
Went to Happy Hour last night at Dr. Dremo's. Tasted "Chocolate Doughnut" beer. Had lots of Brooklyn Brown Ale.
Don't really remember the Metro ride to Vienna. Don't remember getting undressed and into bed.
All I do remember is waking up this morning with a raging headache.
I have already decided to stop drinking from May 30 - June 23 to see if it will speed the weight loss. I guess I am really going out with a bang.
Was up a pound at weigh in this AM, but after what I drank, does not seem like too big a deal. Although, if I had NOT gone drinking, maybe I would have actually registered a loss. Don't know, but will do better next week.
In the meantime, I need coffee, and aspirin, and to feel better. Sun is out, and I should be perky, and I am not.
Maybe I will go soak in the hot tub at the gym a little later, finish sweating this out... In the meantime, lots of water.
OK, done venting about my self-inflicted wounds right now. Coffee time for sure....
