Let's Celebrate!
Well I'm happy to say that I heard yesterday that I received the Bridging Scholarship to Japan. $4000! I can't believe it. I'm ecstatic and so appreciative. I guess 450 students applied and they are giving out only 60 awards so I'm on cloud nine. That money is really needed. And I'm waiting to hear about one more scholarship. If I get both, I'm set. It'll be my first year of college where money will not be a serious serious issue. Hoorah hoorah!
I watched "Bridget Jones' Diary" last night and remembered two things about it. 1: It's a great movie. 2: Colin Firth should make sweet sweet love to me. Hahahaha. What can I say? He's hot and has an accent. Wonderful.
My Dad and I were at Mayfair today looking for stuff for Steven's birthday. I got an awesome, huge luggage for my trip to Japan. It was originally $150 and I got it for $39. I love sales. And I love saving money and being a great shopper. It's just what I do.
Tonight I'm seeing X-Men 3. I hope it's good. Especially since I'm paying $9 for it. Psh! Hugh Jackman. That's all I need to say about that.
Tomorrow I'm driving to Madison. Have to pay a bill, return my books, and will hopefully be eating Japanese food with Jordan and Kiley. I'm excited!
I had an awesome dream last night. I woke up happy.
