okay. it's a deal. um, you try out for High Low during your class at the end of the year. but it changes a lot. last year we didn't have to do much.
my friend kayla thinks the only reason i got in is b/c my mom helps out at everything. (i know, like i'm not talented!) so your mom does that too, and if that theory is correct, you should be in it next year.
thanks for the luck. but where i live it's like asking an egg to grow hair. did you hear about the bets we placed? ha ha.

i think the whole high low thing is that mr. douce likes it when people pay their dues freshmen and sophmore years and then when you're an "upperclassmen" like junior and senior THEN you get into high low. I know it sucks, but if you can sightread, which i'm SURE you can, you'll be a shoe in next year. i'm sure you've also heard that I won one of our bets ($4! YES) but i was really happy.
