duh!
I actually had someone demand a refund because the mountain bike trails were too buggy
umm...it rained a lot yesterday, and oh - YOU'RE IN THE WOODS! I just wanted to ask her if she realized where she was, but I didn't want to be a bitch. Seriously though, did she not comprehend that she was in a state park and it's made up of freaking woods?
I refused to give her a refund (1 - we don't do refunds and 2 - that's the dumbest reason ever) and she bitched me out so much that after a few minutes I just gave it to her so she would go away.
I seem to be the person that the park patrons like to bitch to, but that's okay, because I dish it back out :-P
