Attempting to re-gain my stride...
I've been trying to be good and do work this week, it's hard getting back into the researching mood. My brain is slowly starting to switch gears.
Tuesday Ross and I went out to drinks for kayunderscore's birthday, where we met up with several folks, including baniszew, ebenezer, and stiltwalker. The Cellar is a nice place, and from what everyone tells me the food is good, I just have never been there when I was desiring of pub food. We also got a sneak peek of k_'s new place, a cute little studio. It has a triangular closet! Hehehe.
Last night I went to see "She Loves Me" at the Huntington with mzsylver. She and athereal were in the MIT production a few... a... several... years ago. I had forgotten how awesome and funny a show it is. It's kind of a classic boy-meets-girl plot, but the funny parts are actually funny, and the production last night was great. The sets were just awesome, and the acting was hilarious.
Today, I saw the Indiana Jones movie. No spoilers here! I liked it. It wasn't the best of the 4, but it was totally worth seeing and kept me wrapped up while I was watching it.
Anyway, now I am in my office trying to work... hopefully something will fall out of my brain...
