10_letters challenge: Luna Lovegood

So because I'm crazy I signed up for the 10_letters challenge, only because I had this hilarious (at least in my head) idea of Luna taking charge of the Quibbler and writing Letters from the Editor.

I know, I already have ongoing challenges and tables that are just lying stagnant, but I am actually going to be graduating soon, which means I will have a life.
