BORING!
Elana is a pushy, selfish, concieted person. I didn't think I'd be able to read about her, but I quickly found myself 145 pages deep.
Call me old fashioned, but I don't think a vampire would drink from the woman he loves..
I don't understand how anyone was able to make a whole tv series from this book. The story was short and boring, there was no chemistry between the characters, and there was no communication at all.
Spoilers.
I don't really understand why Elana would go with Stefan (and fallin love with him) after watching him nearly kill that guy in the cemetery.
I don't understand why she would want to share blood with him either.

It wasn't the best dystopia novel out there. There was pretty much no explanation as to what was happening or why. I still really enjoyed it though. The characters were different than anything I read before and I like angels as the "new thing". Although I wasn't a fan of making them the bad guys.

This was a lot more 'bulge in his pants' than i thought it would be. I was expecting a cute, light romcom. This book didn't do anything for me, I didn't feel any chemistry between the two main characters.

It was good, but I didn't think it was amazing. I don't think it lived up to all the hype. I did like how sharp and witty the characters were. I wish my brain worked that fast. I didn't like the end.
