Have you ever seen this show What Would You Do? It's so interesting to me. It shows who people really are. They put actors in a certain situation under hidden cameras and see how people react. The situation is a constant, but they change one aspect of it.
-A couple is sitting in a public park with a lot of people hanging around. There's verbal abuse happening, and obvious bruises. First a man screaming at a woman; some people step up. A woman yelling at a man; no one steps up. A boy yelling at a girl; everyone gathers and people physically get inbetween the two.
-An obvious first date, the couple sits at a crowded bar. A man puts something in a woman's drink when she gets up, and a woman putting something in the man's drink when he gets up. Some interferes with both.
-A bike is chained to a pole. A man comes up, with tools, trying to steal the bike; and is always stops. A girl comes up, with tools, to steal the bike; people help her steal the bike.
-A child is standing alone on a busy sidewalk, crying and asking for help. The child is ignored. 1100 people walk by, 48 stop.
