I did it, i have passed all the Divemaster tests! That means all I need to do is get up to my 60 dives, I have 32, then I will be a DIVEMASTER. Sounds like you should be issued a cape with that title. I mean we are already wearing brightly colored, tight, stretchy outfits. Would a cape really be so out of place?
I also have a decision to make, do I hang out here, get 100 dives and do Dive Instructor mid-July or pack it up after 60 and do some more graphic design with a little diving on the side? For more freelance I'd need a website.
Divemaster doesn't get you much work down here, its so competitive that the dive shops want instructors or Divemasters with captain's licenses, so that would be tough. I wish I had thought ahead enough to pack my portfolio stuff, physical and digital, so I could look for work while I was down here.
