Priestly & Jen's place, Santa Cruz, Saturday Morning

"PRIESTLY! WAKE UP! IT'S SATURDAY!"

There was a hyperactive blonde bouncing on the couch, yelling in excitement. There had been movies and talking and a lot of food last night, which translated into an extra-sugared-up and awake Dinah this morning

Was Dinah's cellphone anywhere on her? Because a totally frustrated wee tiny red-head had managed to find her own phone and mememebered Dinah's number (after a few tries).

"Ah!" Dinah gasped with excitement and looked around. "My phone! My phone is ringing!" And playing some J-pop! Dinah squee'd and ran to her bag, throwing things everywhere to pull it out, then plopped down on the floor. "This is Dinah's phone! Hi hi hi!"

"Diiiiiiiiiiiiinaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! Hi hi hi! I called and called and called and called and called and it wasn't you EVERY time and I tot'ly know your number cause I calls it alla time and I don't hafta ask my mom like the stupid man said!" She took a breath. "Is Mister Bear at your room? I can't finds him anywhere!"

"Momo!" Dinah shrieked. "Hiiiii! An' I don't think so?" She got up to look around at all her stuff, and picked it up, throwing it back on the bag as she checked. "No... no... no, not the bear, just fuzzy slippers... no... No. Wuh-oh." She frowned at the phone. "He's nowhere? An' I'm in SANTA CRUZ!"

"... YOU'RE WITH SANTA?! Dinaaaah! I wanna come! Please please pleeeeeeease? An' ask him where Mister Bear is, Santa knows! He knows everything!"

"No no no," Dinah said seriously. "Santa Cruuuuuuz. Not Santa Claaaaause. It'sa place. Where Priestly lives. An' I dunno if you can come, can you gets a portal? Or a plane? Or a Superman?"

"OH!" Momoko totally didn't understand why they'd name a place after Santa but it was totally cool and very nice and probably meant you got extra presents when he visited.

"Oh! HI PRIESTLY!!! HI HI HI! Does Priestly know where's Mister Bear? I don't know if I can gets a portal. An' I don't gots any money for a plane. Do you gots Superman's phone number? I don't know it and it's not in the comic bookses cause they're not really real." Tim said so.

"Momo says HI!" Dinah told Priestly and Jen. "An' I don't have Superman's phone number, I don't think. Lemme look." Noooooo, no Superman in the address booky part. "Awwww. But we're on the phone!" Still exciting!

"We are! Though it would be lots funner if you were here again! We could play superheroes! What are you an' Priestly doing? Is it fun?"

Dinah hopped up and down and nodded even though Momo couldn't see her. "Uh-hunh, uh-hunh, we're goin' to the diner with Jen and we're gonna have food and then I'm gonna make my bike do tricks! And to see Trucker, 'cause he's cool, and I wish you were here to play superheroes and have marshmallows!"

"I wanna gooo!" Momoko pouted at the idea of her friend having all that fun and she couldn't go. It was worser than being grounded! "I haven't had foods yet but I'ma find some! With lotsa marshamamellows!. An'... maybe a bike, too."

"An' Mr. Bear!" Dinah remembered. "An oh oh oh is he in Jaime's room? Didya leave him there? And I bet there's marshmallows in the Common Room, 'member, Tony got us some!"

Hmmmm. Tony might be getting a phone call later too.

"Ah! Dinah!!!!!!" There was excited bouncing. VERY excited. "You're the smartest bestest friend ever! He probly DID went to go see Jaime to get cookies cause Jaime makes the best cookies ever and maybe he gots stuck cause his paws is full an' he can't open the door!! I gots to go save him!"

That was a mishun! And a mishun totally meant changing into her magical fairy princess hero costume!

"I am!" Dinah bounced too, in the way of their people, delighted to be helpful. "COOKIES! Go save Mr. Bear! 'Cause Jaime is sneaky! POWER TIME!"

"Super happy fun power time!" Momoko bounced even higher this time, her fist raised in the air as she chanted her new bestest magical phrase ever. And dropped the phone.

"Oops." She scrambled to pick it back up, a bit breathless for having made such an excited big jump. "Okay! Now I hafta hurry an' put on my dress since we said the transmationing call. I'll call you laters and tell you 'bout the adventure an' you can tell me about yours an' we can be like we had to be two different places cause there was lotsa bad guys we had to fight, okay?"

"Okey-doke! And yeah! I can fight the sea monsters on the beach and I'll tell you alls about it and about eating at the Diner and saving people when you get done finding Mr. Bear and cookies!" Dinah squee'd. "Bye-bye, Momo! SAVE THE BEAR!"
