My bestest pal, angelus2hot very kindly gave me the code to use and I just enhanced and altered the effect from the static image that she has on her comment box to an animated one by creating and using a gif rather than a jpg or png.

The code goes in the CSS box in the 'customise your theme layer' option. It took a few goes for me to get the gif to the correct size for the comment box, but once that was done you just add the image URL into the code. :D
