So I have decided to not only use this as a journal, but to record stuff too.
I've been working out alot lately. and cutting back on stuff.
so today me && sol went to the gym for about an hour 1/2.
today was legs and stomach
+adductor [30 pounds]
+butterfly [45 pounds]
+squats [60 pounds]
[I do 3 reps of 15]

+100 situps on the big green ball.
its way harder than just doing situps because its on a ball.
+3 sets of 3 reps of 15 with a 10 pound weight standing-up-crunches

then I did the machine where you sit down and you have to rotate around to work the oblique muscles.
+3 reps of 10 with 30 pounds.
+ && 3 reps of 15 with 15 pounds.

THEN I met my mom at HER gym and did the "body flow"
its an hour long session.
kind if like yoga but more upbeat.
lots of streching and holding positions.
my legs are burning like NOW.

I haven't eaten anything yet.
I don't know if I'm going to.
I dont even know how much I'm supposed to cut back on that.

but I'm off to get my nails done with shay, starbucks with natalie, && the Y [yes yes again] with jeremy
