Summer is officially fun :)
My super-packed weekends are now in progress and I am loving it!! Until last week I was pretty much not doing much, just working mostly. But from now until school starts I have something going on every weekend! It's nice. I'm back at work but only until Thursday then I get 10 GLORIOUS DAYS OFF!!!! Ahhhh I can't wait. I'm gonna start by a recap of the last few weekends.
4th of July was sweet. Went camping with Kel for about 4 days. We went up by Mt. Plesant to Lake Isabella with her mom and her mom's husband's family. Everyone was awesome. We did a full-camp out in the tent and everything. Some people seemed to be doubting my camping skills but I did very good :) Well, except on the 4th when it poured rain for like 2 hours and totally flooded our tent but luckily we had taken all of our stuff out already. We both got super tan and super drunk for most of the weekend. Good times good times. This weekend, I went to Canada with my girlies Michelle and Kara. Oh, but not only my girls.....Kara's mom, Michelle's sister, Michelle's mom, her friends, and her GRANDMA. Haha yes, it was funny. They wanted us to take them to the palces we usually go, which was even funnier. Well obviously we had to drive all the way from k*zoo so we got to Jackson at like 8 and to make a long story short we didnt actually get to our hotel til about 11:30. Theeeen we had to go exchange our money at the Casino. Realising that we only had about 2 hours to drink, we began slamming drinks at Pepper's for about an hour. After that we went to some Kareoke bar (none of us sang, just drank). So by 2AM everyone was happily drunk so we decided to head back to the casino. My first time ever playing the slots!! I loved it even tho I didn't win. Michelle and Kara's mom each won about $150 tho which was sweet. So I spent the day yesterday in Jackson with Chell just chillin.
I'm pretty excited for this weekend. Goin to Caseville with the fam. We used to go every summer with my Grandma but haven't gone since she died about 4 years ago I think. It's going to be weird cause obviously we are not going to want to do the kind of things we used to so hopefully it's not boring. It will be nice to actually hang out with my parents and sister for 3 whole days, tho ;) After we get back, Christina is riding to K*Zoo with my for 5 thrilling days!! yaaaaay!! We are going to Chicago for Saturday and Sunday. I can't wait to shop!! I already have a list of things I want to buy....is that bad?
I also should start packing since we are moving in 2 weeks. Gotta get rid of some of the clothes I never wear that are pointless to keep moving around for no reason. I'm hoping I can sell them at a consignment shop around here since most of them are obviously nice and still in style. I love making money off my old crap :) I really really miss my bestest buddy Brianna cause I never get to talk to her anymore we are both really busy :( I finally talked to her for a bit last night which was good. I can't believe I've barely been there this whole summer. Next year will be fun tho since she is living with Lauren and Evonne is in the complex right next door so I can visit them all at once! Hmmm well I guess that is all for now.....only 3 more hours of work awoohooo!!
