May you always rest in peace, my beautiful mother, Grace.
You were such an amazing woman, the best mother one could ever wish for, my protector, & forever my best friend.
Your vibrant & vivacious spirit will live with me forever.
There are so many wonderful words I could use to describe you - elegant, optimistic, wise, beautiful, inspirational, strong, individual, eloquent, loving, pure, stylish, funny, creative, eccentric, bright, cheery, uplifting - even when life was trying to bring you down you could always manage to smile. Though it really was your name that summed you up best - you were always the epitome of grace.
You left us too soon & very suddenly. I have solace only in the fact that you died doing what you loved most, in a country you had a great fondness for, with me by your side, & from what I could tell, quickly without pain or suffering.
I know you are in a good place now. If, as the people here truly believe, you are re-incarnated, you will be returned as the highest of beings to lead an even happier existence, that I can be sure of. If your spirit stays with us I know you will continue to watch over me, protect me & guide me as you did so well in life.
You had such big feet & have left me with some very very big shoes to fill. I will do my best to carry on the dreams you had, knowing you always had absolute faith in my abilities, & supported & encouraged me in everything I wished to pursue. I will try to be brave, but life will just never be the same without you.
Farewell dear Mother.
